A. No. We will never sell, share or trade your mailing address, email address, or any other information you provide us with anyone.

A. CCBill transactions will appear as "CCBill Ltd".  BHEbill transactions will appear as "BHEbill".  There will be no mention whatsoever of this website, it's content or anything of the sort.

A. Keep in mind that your username and password are CaSe SeNsITIvE and must be entered with the exact capital and lowercase letters you selected when joining.

If you've entered your information correctly and you still can't get in, try re-booting your computer.  If that doesn't work, send us an email and we'll see if there's anything we can do on our end.

A. You can cancel your subscription at any time.  There are cancel links at the bottom of every page, including this one.  To ensure you are not rebilled you should cancel your subscription at least two business days prior to your rebill date.

A. That is NOT a good idea:

It's like this.  A billing chargeback will automatically place your name, address, zip code, and credit card number into an Internet fraud database.  ALL INTERNET CREDIT CARD COMPANIES USE THIS DATABASE.  Please note that we DO NOT have any control over this fraud database.

If you chargeback your membership, the billing company WILL add your information to this database.  Once you are added to this database you will not be able to use that billing company ever again, period.

BE SMART!  DON'T DESTROY YOUR INTERNET CREDIT BY GETTING ADDED TO THIS LIST!
